We offer free UK delivery with tracking service via either RoyalMail, DPD, EVRi, Yodel Direct, or other local couriers. Product would be dispatched within 3 days from order confirmation. 

We specialise in offering bespoke, customisable, and tailored products that showcase personalised nametags, specific straps length and distinct fabric combinations, making them unsuitable for resale to others. Therefore, refund requests will be entertained solely in cases of manufacturing defects or if the product significantly varies from the agreed specifications.
