Refund Policy for Bespoke and Personalised Products

At Oskar's, we take pride in crafting quality bespoke and personalised products tailored to your unique preferences. As each product is meticulously created to your specifications, our refund policy for these customized items is as follows:

 

Non-Returnable Nature: We specialise in offering bespoke, customisable, and tailored products that showcase personalised nametags, specific straps length and distinct fabric combinations, making them unsuitable for resale to others. Therefore, refund requests will be entertained solely in cases of manufacturing defects or if the product significantly varies from the agreed specifications. Please note that refunds or exchanges will not be facilitated if the customer has a change of mind or for any other personal reasons.

Refund Process: To request a repair or refund for a defective bespoke product, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product, providing details and images showcasing the issue. Upon receipt of your inquiry, we will assess the concern and offer guidance for repair, return, exchange, or a refund if deemed necessary.

Return Shipping: Should a return be approved due to a manufacturing fault, a secure and traceable shipping method is recommended and we will cover the shipping costs for the repair or return of the item and subsequent delivery of a repaired product, replacement or issue a refund as appropriate. Returned items must be sent back to us in their original packaging with any related accessories and the relevant receipt. Please do not return the product until the return agreement is made or the shipping cost would not be covered.

Refund Processing: Refunds are processed based on the original payment method, and the processing time may vary.
